Refund Policy – SUN & SAND

At Sol y Arena España (hereinafter, "we" or "our"), our top priority is to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:


1. Refund Request

Refunds can only be requested in the following cases:

Damaged or incorrect product
Must be reported within the first 24 hours after delivery, attaching visual evidence (photo or video).

Manufacturing defects
May be reported up to 15 calendar days after receiving the product.

Order not delivered
If 50 calendar days have passed since the purchase and the order has not been delivered, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds of swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, or other models) will not be accepted once delivered, unless they have manufacturing defects or arrived damaged.


2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund (when applicable), the product must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Include its original packaging

Any modification to the product or its packaging may invalidate the request.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must send an email to:

Including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the reason
  • Visual evidence (in case of damaged or incorrect product)

Our team will review the request and, if it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • For returns (when applicable), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer
  • Exception: if the product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will assume this cost

5. Processing Time

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from its approval.

The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exceptions

The following will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, and similar), except for defects
  • Used, stained, or tampered products
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours from purchase
  • Errors in the address provided by the customer
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (when the product meets the description)
